They bring expertise, resources, and personalized support to help you navigate this life-changing time with confidence. Your perinatal nurse coach is there to answer your questions and concerns with evidence-based information, empowering you to make informed decisions every step of the way. This relationships is all about you - making sure you feel heard, supported, and prepared.
Postpartum, in particular, can sometimes feel isolating, but your coach is here to provide encouragement, facilitate reflection, and help you develop the skills and confidence you need to succeed in your new role. You are not alone in this journey - we are here to support you ever step of the way!

Does it matter where I live?
If you live in Fort Worth, we can set up virtual or in-home visits, whichever you prefer. If you do not live in Fort Worth, then we will schedule all of our meetings using Zoom. I can still be a present support person and resource for you.

What am I getting for the cost?
I GET IT! Having a baby can be overwhelming, both emotionally and financially. However, investing in expert support during this transformative time can make all the difference. Unfortunately, not at this time. I will work with you to arrange a payment plan if needed. I only take cash, Venmo, check, or Zelle.
